Tilt Shift After Effects Tutorial

Tilt Shift is the name given to a process that creates a very narrow area of an image or video that is in focus, while the rest of the area is out of focus. It is often used to make landscape photos look like miniatures.

In photography it is either created using a special lens, or after the fact, in Photoshop. You can also create this effect on video. This tutorial teaches you how to do so easily (with a few Red Giant ads thrown in) Tilt shift is also great way to add depth of field to your video and focus attention on your subject while giving your video a more film-like look.
